We are located at the Institute of Applied Physics (AP) at the 8th floor of the physics building (Building 30.23) and at the Material Research Benter for Energy Systems (MZE) at the 2nd floor (Building 30.48)
From Karlsruhe mainstation you can go to KIT - Campus South (University) either by taxi (10 minutes time of travel) or by one of the following tram lines:
Leave the tram at station "Kronenplatz". For more information please visit the website of the Karlsruher Verkehrsverbund.
Please find your way from the station to the physics building (Building 30.23) on the map shown above.
Arriving in Karlsruhe via motorway A5 leave it at exit "Karlsruhe-Durlach" in direction "Stadtmitte". Follow the four-lane road (Durlacher Allee) until you reach the sign that says "KIT-Campus Süd," and then turn to the right (Adenauerring). After a short distance you reach the main entrance on the left. Invited guests can drive in after registration at the gate. A large public parking lot is located nearby the entrance in the north of the campus (see map of the university shown above).

The northern campus of the KIT is located at Eggenstein-Leopoldshafen, about 10 km north of Karlsruhe. You find our group at the Institute of Nanotechnology (Building 640).
Please carry identification (passport or "Personalausweis") with you, as it is necessary for obtaining a entrance permit.
If you arrive in Karlsruhe by train, we suggest to take a taxi to get to the Campus North. The time of travel is around 20 minutes.
For arriving by car we refer to the description by the KIT.
